Sanatkumara (in instruction to Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: vira
It teaches a complete sādhanā sequence—dhyāna (visualization of the boar-incarnation uplifting the earth), followed by disciplined mantra-japa, and then a dashāṁśa offering—showing that inner contemplation should culminate in consecrated ritual action.
Bhakti is expressed through vivid remembrance of the Lord’s saving act (protecting and uplifting the Earth) and through steady repetition of the mantra, with lotus offerings as a devotional completion of the practice.
It reflects technical ritual discipline—fixed japa counts (lakṣa) and the dashāṁśa rule for concluding offerings—typical of applied kalpa-style procedure used in mantra-sādhanā and homa-related observances.
