Narada Purana — Purva Bhaga, Shloka 10

Mahāviṣṇu-Mantras: Aṣṭākṣarī, Sudarśana-Astra, Nyāsa Systems, Āvaraṇa-Pūjā, and Prayogas

दोःपन्मूलेषु नासायां प्रथमावृत्तिरीरिता । गले नाभौ हृदि कुचपार्श्वपृष्टेषु तत्पराः ॥ १० ॥

doḥpanmūleṣu nāsāyāṃ prathamāvṛttirīritā | gale nābhau hṛdi kucapārśvapṛṣṭeṣu tatparāḥ || 10 ||

Der erste Zyklus (āvṛtti) wird an den Armwurzeln und an der Nase verortet. Wer sich dieser Setzung hingibt, legt sie auch an Kehle, Nabel und Herz sowie an die Seiten der Brust, an die Flanken und an den Rücken.
