The Explanation of Sandhyā and Related Daily Observances
Saṅdhyā-ādi Nitya-karma-Vidhi
सिंहासनस्थां तां नत्वा तज्जलं प्रणमेत्सुधीः । आधारः सर्वभूतानां विष्णोरतुलतेजसः ॥ ३२ ॥
siṃhāsanasthāṃ tāṃ natvā tajjalaṃ praṇametsudhīḥ | ādhāraḥ sarvabhūtānāṃ viṣṇoratulatejasaḥ || 32 ||
Nachdem man sich vor Ihr, die auf dem Thron sitzt, verneigt hat, soll der Weise auch jenem Wasser Ehrerbietung erweisen; denn es ist die Stütze aller Wesen und gehört Vishnu von unvergleichlichem Glanz.
