Gṛhastha-nitya-karman: Śauca, Sandhyā-vidhi, Pañca-yajña, and Āśrama-krama
पथ्यमन्नं प्रभुञ्जीत वाग्यतोऽन्नमसुत्सयनम् । अमृतोपस्तरणमसि अपोशानं भुजेः पुरः ॥ ८१ ॥
pathyamannaṃ prabhuñjīta vāgyato'nnamasutsayanam | amṛtopastaraṇamasi apośānaṃ bhujeḥ puraḥ || 81 ||
Man soll nur zuträgliche, passende Speise zu sich nehmen, die Rede gezügelt halten und das Essen nicht tadeln. Vor dem Essen vollziehe man das āpośana und spreche: „Du bist das Ausbreiten des amṛta, des Nektars.“
