Narada Purana — Purva Bhaga, Shloka 41

Jyotiṣa-saṅgraha: Varga-vibhāga, Bala-nirṇaya, Garbha-phala, Āyuḥ-gaṇanā

कुर्याद्विलोमगो वापि स्वांशोक्तपरगैः समम् । कुजेंदुहेतुकं स्त्रीणां प्रतिमासमिहार्तवम् ॥ ४१ ॥

kuryādvilomago vāpi svāṃśoktaparagaiḥ samam | kujeṃduhetukaṃ strīṇāṃ pratimāsamihārtavam || 41 ||

Selbst wenn man in entgegengesetzter (unregelmäßiger) Weise vorgeht, tritt der monatliche Menstruationslauf der Frauen hier dennoch gleichermaßen ein, verursacht durch Mars und den Mond.
