Transliteration

śrāvaṇe śukladaśamī sarvāśāparipūrtidā | asyāṃ śivārcanaṃ śastaṃ gandhādyai rupacārakaiḥ || 12 ||

Translation

Im Monat Śrāvaṇa heißt es, der zehnte Tag der hellen Hälfte (Śukla Daśamī) erfülle alle Wünsche. An diesem Tag wird die Verehrung Śivas gepriesen, mit duftenden Gaben und weiteren rituellen Diensten (Upacāras).
