Am Ende der Verehrung soll man, ganz gesammelt, Arghya darbringen und diese beiden Mantras sprechen: „O Dūrvā-Gras, du bist aus Amṛta geboren; von Devas wie von Asuras wirst du verehrt.“
Narada
Vrata: Dūrvāṣṭamī-vrata (contextual continuation)
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It teaches the proper completion of worship: offering arghya with a steady mind and honoring sacred Dūrvā as “amṛta-born,” indicating purity, auspiciousness, and ritual fulfillment.
Bhakti is expressed through disciplined, attentive worship—finishing the puja with reverence and mantra, treating even ritual elements like Dūrvā as divine and worthy of honor.
Kalpa (ritual procedure) is emphasized: the puja sequence includes a concluding arghya offering accompanied by prescribed mantras, performed with mental concentration (samādhāna).
