Transliteration

dānaṃ pradattametasyāmanaṃtaphalamucyate | ūrjjaśukladvitīyāyāṃ yamo yamunayā purā || 18 ||

Translation

Es heißt, dass eine Gabe, die an diesem Tag dargebracht wird, unendliche Frucht trägt. Einst, am zweiten Mondtag der hellen Hälfte des Monats Ūrja, war Yama mit Yamunā verbunden.
