यद् यद् भर्तानुयुञ्जीत तत् तदेवानुवर्तयेत् प्रमादमवलेपं च कोप॑ च परिवर्जयेत्,राजा जिस-जिस कार्यके लिये आज्ञा दे, उसीका पालन करे। लापरवाही, घमंड और क्रोधको सर्वथा त्याग दे
