Duryodhana’s Post-Duel Lament and Instructions (भग्नसक्थस्य विलापः)
वैशम्पायन उवाच त्वद्युक्तोडयमनुप्रश्नो यन्मां पृच्छसि पार्थिव । तत्ते5हं सम्प्रवक्ष्यामि यथावद् भरतर्षभ
Vaiśampāyana uvāca: tvad-yukto 'yam anupraśno yan māṃ pṛcchasi pārthiva | tat te 'haṃ sampravakṣyāmi yathāvad bharatarṣabha ||
Vaiśampāyana sprach: „Deine Nachfrage ist angemessen, o König, da du mich danach fragst. Darum werde ich es dir vollständig und richtig darlegen, o Stier unter den Bhāratas.“
