FAQs

It functions as a phala-śruti: it summarizes the concrete fruits of Linga-pūjā and Śiva-stuti—auspiciousness, fame, longevity, health, strength, and the removal of obstacles—thereby motivating steady devotion to Pati (Śiva).

Śiva is implied as Pati, the supreme regulator of karma and grace: by His worship, pāśa (bondage manifesting as vighna and vyādhi) is pacified and dissolved for the pashu (individual soul), revealing well-being and stability.

Regular Śiva-stuti with Linga-pūjā (and its recitation/remembering) is highlighted; as a Pāśupata-oriented takeaway, consistent worship paired with inner recollection of Śiva reduces obstacles and supports sādhana through health and steadiness.
