Dakṣa-yajña-bhaṅgaḥ — Dadhīci’s Teaching and the Destruction of Dakṣa’s Sacrifice

ततो भगवती देवी प्रहसन्ती महेश्वरम् / प्रसन्नमानसा रुद्रं वचः प्राह घृणानिधिः

tato bhagavatī devī prahasantī maheśvaram / prasannamānasā rudraṃ vacaḥ prāha ghṛṇānidhiḥ

Daraufhin sprach die selige Göttin, lächelnd, zu Maheśvara. Mit heiterem, zufriedenen Herzen richtete sie — ein Schatz der Barmherzigkeit — Worte an Rudra.
