पयस्वतीरोषधयः पयस्वन्मामकं पयः । अपां पयसो यत् पयस्तेन मा सह शुम्भतु

IAST Transliteration

páyasvatīr óṣadhayaḥ páyasvan māmakáṃ páyaḥ | apā́ṃ páyaso yát páyas téna mā sahá śúmbhatu ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Ye milkful Herbs, make milkful mine own vital milk. With that milk which is the milk of Waters, therewith, together, let it make me fair and strong.

Translation

Ihr milchreichen Kräuter, macht meine eigene Lebensmilch milchvoll. Mit jener Milch, die die Milch der Wasser ist – damit zusammen möge sie mich schmücken und stärken.
