Thou art Trita; thou goest about to seek the spring, the thousand-streaming; the ordinance, the heaven-finding. Verily thine, O Vishnu, are powers in manifold wise. Do thou fill us with cattle of every form; set me in firm well-being, in the highest heaven-space.
Rishi: Traditionally associated with Atharvanic seers in the Vishnu-stotra complex (often treated as anonymous/collective in AV 17);
Devata: Viṣṇu
Chandas: Mixed/Triṣṭubh-like cadence with refrain (edition-dependent); refrain functions as liturgical burden.
Primary: adbhuta
Secondary: shanta
