Transliteration

dhānyapaśuhiraṇyādi niviśamānāya dadyāt

Translation

Wer sich ansiedelt (in einem neuen oder dünn besiedelten Gebiet), dem soll er Getreide, Vieh, Gold und ähnliche Unterstützung gewähren.
