রাজস ও তামস উপায়ে যোগী কখনও সিদ্ধি লাভ করে না। বরং শ্রদ্ধাবান, সংযত, বেদজ্ঞ শ्रोত্রিয় ও মহাত্মাদের সান্নিধ্য গ্রহণ করা উচিত।
