मासिमासि च यच्छ्राद्धं षोडशश्राद्धपूर्वकम् । अत्र न क्रियते यस्य प्रेतत्वात्स न मुच्यते
māsimāsi ca yacchrāddhaṃ ṣoḍaśaśrāddhapūrvakam | atra na kriyate yasya pretatvātsa na mucyate
যদি ষোড়শ-শ্রাদ্ধসহ মাসে মাসে যে শ্রাদ্ধ, তা এখানে কারও জন্য না করা হয়, তবে সে প্রেতত্ব থেকে মুক্ত হয় না।
