विश्वानि भद्रा मरुतो रथेषु वो मिथस्पृध्येव तविषाण्याहिता । अंसेष्वा वः प्रपथेषु खादयोऽक्षो वश्चक्रा समया वि वावृते ॥
viśvāni bhadrā maruto ratheṣu vo mithaspṛdhyāiva taviṣāṇy āhitā | aṃseṣvā vaḥ pra-patheṣu khādayo 'kṣo vaś cakrā samayā vi vavṛte ||
হে মরুতগণ! তোমাদের রথে সর্ব শুভ শক্তি স্থাপিত—যেন পরস্পর শক্তির প্রতিদ্বন্দ্বিতায়। অগ্রপথে তোমাদের কাঁধে তীক্ষ্ণ, দংশনকারী ধার রয়েছে; তোমাদের অক্ষ ও চক্র একসঙ্গে, যথাযথ তালে, অবিরাম গড়িয়ে চলে।
