तत्तद् गुणवते देयं तदेवाक्षयमिच्छता ।

पूर्णैस्तु दिवसैः स्पृष्ट्वा सलिलं वाहनायुधम् ॥

Transliteration

tattad guṇavate deyaṃ tadevākṣayam icchatā /

pūrṇais tu divasaiḥ spṛṣṭvā salilaṃ vāhanāyudham

Translation

যে অক্ষয় পুণ্য কামনা করে, সে সেই সেই দান যোগ্য পাত্রকে দিক; সেই দানই অক্ষয় হয়। আর নির্ধারিত দিনের সংখ্যা পূর্ণ হলে জল স্পর্শ করে যান ও অস্ত্র পুনরায় গ্রহণ করবে।
