FAQs

It teaches a practical upāsanā method: perform one’s prescribed duties as an offering to Vishnu, and maintain worship continually through action, thought, and speech.

Alongside ritual manuals and technical sciences, the Agni Purana also codifies applied spiritual discipline—integrating dharma (duty), bhakti (devotion), and inner conduct as a complete, everyday “how-to” for religious life.

It frames work itself as worship: when duty is dedicated to Vishnu in all circumstances, it becomes purifying and leads to siddhi—effective success and spiritual fruition.
