Chapter 371 — Yama-Niyama and Praṇava-Upāsanā (Oṅkāra) as Brahma-vidyā

वाङ्मयः प्रणवः सर्वं तस्मात्प्रणवमभ्यसेत् अकारश् च तथोकारो मकारश्चार्धमात्रया
