তীৰ্থস্নান, উপবাস আৰু ব্ৰত, যোগ্য পাত্ৰত দান, হোম-জপ আৰু যজ্ঞ, ভৱ (শিৱ)ৰ অৰ্চনা আৰু দেবপূজাৰ বিশেষ উপচাৰে—এইদৰে মলিনতালিপ্ত আত্মাক নিত্য নিত্য শোধন কৰিব লাগে।
