उभे मूत्रपुरीषे तु दिवा कुर्यादुदङ्मुखः । दक्षिणाभिमुखो रात्रौ ह्येवमायुर्न रिष्यते
ubhe mūtrapurīṣe tu divā kuryādudaṅmukhaḥ | dakṣiṇābhimukho rātrau hyevamāyurna riṣyate
মূত্ৰ আৰু পুৰীষ—দিনত উত্তৰমুখে কৰি, ৰাতি দক্ষিণমুখে কৰিব। এইদৰে প্ৰাণশক্তি আৰু আয়ু ক্ষয় নাহয়।
