ब्रूहि मे त्वं पुरावृत्तं पितृणां तीर्थसेवनम् । चिरं नानाविधान्क्लेशान् प्राप्तास्त इति मे श्रुतम्
brūhi me tvaṃ purāvṛttaṃ pitṛṇāṃ tīrthasevanam | ciraṃ nānāvidhānkleśān prāptāsta iti me śrutam
মোৰ পিতৃসকলৰ তীৰ্থ-সেৱনৰ প্ৰাচীন বৃত্তান্ত মোক কওক। মই শুনিছোঁ যে দীঘল সময় ধৰি তেওঁলোকে নানা বিধ দুঃখ-ক্লেশ ভুগিছিল।
