ये विष्णुभक्तिविमुखाः प्रणमंति नैव नारायणं हि शरणागतपालकं च । विष्ण्वालयं च नहि यांति नराः सुमूर्खास्तानानयध्वमतिपापरतान्प्रसाह्य ॥ ८२ ॥
ye viṣṇubhaktivimukhāḥ praṇamaṃti naiva nārāyaṇaṃ hi śaraṇāgatapālakaṃ ca | viṣṇvālayaṃ ca nahi yāṃti narāḥ sumūrkhāstānānayadhvamatipāparatānprasāhya || 82 ||
যিসকল বিষ্ণুভক্তিৰ পৰা বিমুখ, শৰণাগত-পালক নাৰায়ণক প্ৰণাম নকৰে—সেই অতি মূঢ় নৰ বিষ্ণুধামত নাপায়। হে দূতসকল, মহাপাপত ৰত তেওঁলোকক বলপূৰ্বক টানি আনি নিয়ন্ত্ৰণ কৰা।

It asserts that reverence (praṇāma) and refuge in Nārāyaṇa are inseparable from reaching Viṣṇu’s abode; aversion to Viṣṇu-bhakti leads to spiritual downfall and continued entanglement in sin.
Bhakti is shown as a lived posture of surrender—bowing to Nārāyaṇa as śaraṇāgata-pālaka (protector of the surrendered). Without this orientation, one does not attain Viṣṇvālaya (the Lord’s realm).
No specific Vedāṅga technique is taught here; the practical takeaway is ethical-dharma discipline—avoiding pāpa and cultivating daily acts of devotion such as praṇāma and śaraṇāgati toward Nārāyaṇa.
