Narada (narration within the Purva Bhaga context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It portrays the exalted post-mortem state of a meritorious devotee: honored in the divine realms, praised through sacred song, and ultimately delighting in Viṣṇu’s presence—signifying fruition of puṇya and devotion.
Bhakti is shown as culminating in proximity to Viṣṇu and joyful communion with Him; the motif of “deeds being sung” highlights kīrtana (praise) and a life worthy of remembrance as integral to devotional attainment.
The verse most directly echoes the devotional discipline of saṅgīta/kīrtana (structured sacred recitation and song). While not a technical Vedāṅga lesson, it aligns with correct oral delivery and praise-traditions that support śāstric recitation practices.
