সেই অন্তৰ্নিহিত তত্ত্বে দেহে জল-তত্ত্ব গ্ৰহণ কৰে, জঠৰাগ্নি আৰু প্ৰাণবায়ুক পৰিপক্ব কৰে; আৰু আহাৰৰ পৰিণামৰ পৰা স্নিগ্ধতা আৰু দেহবৃদ্ধি জন্মে।
