मार्कंडेयस्य चरितं पुराणश्रवणे फलम् । यः श्रृणोति नरो भक्त्या पुराणमिदमादरात् ॥ १६ ॥
mārkaṃḍeyasya caritaṃ purāṇaśravaṇe phalam | yaḥ śrṛṇoti naro bhaktyā purāṇamidamādarāt || 16 ||
মাৰ্কণ্ডেয়ৰ চৰিত্ৰ পুৰাণ-শ্ৰৱণৰ ফলস্বৰূপ। যি নৰ ভক্তিভাৱে, আদৰসহ এই পুৰাণ মনোযোগেৰে শোনে, সি সেই পুণ্য লাভ কৰে।
