হে দ্বিজসকল! বায়ুৰ সাতটা নেমি (পৰিভ্ৰমণ-বলয়) আছে—দ্বিজা আৰু পৰিৱহ; লগতে বলাহক, ভানু, চন্দ্ৰ, আৰু নক্ষত্ৰ-ৰাশি-সমূহ।

It points to prāṇa/Vāyu discipline as foundational—Pāśupata-oriented inner regulation of breath and timing (aligned with lunar-solar and nakṣatra cycles) to loosen Pāśa (bondage) and steady the mind for Shiva-upāsanā.
