caṃdrasūryādayo devāḥ saṃhriyaṃte punaḥpunaḥ | saptarṣayaḥ surāḥ śakro manustatsūnavo nṛpāḥ

«إن الآلهة ابتداءً من القمر والشمس يذوبون ويُفنون مرارًا وتكرارًا؛ وكذلك السبع رِشي (Saptarṣi)، والديڤا، وإندرا (شَكرا)، ومانو، والملوك الذين هم بنوه.»
