Sūta (Lomaharṣaṇa) to the sages (deduced)
Tirtha: Yamunā-kuṇḍa (Prabhāsa)
Type: kund
Scene: A pilgrim emerges from a stepped kuṇḍa labeled Yamunā, water dripping, then turns toward the rising Sun to offer arghya; the sky is vast, the Sun depicted as ‘gagana-bhūṣaṇa’.
Tīrtha-snānā (sacred bathing) becomes complete when sealed by bhakti-filled worship of the deity, here Sūrya.
Yamunā-kuṇḍa within Prabhāsakṣetra, as praised in the Prabhāsakṣetra Māhātmya.
Bathe in Yamunā-kuṇḍa during Mādhava month (Vaiśākha) and worship Ravi with devotion.
