भद्रकर्णगणोनाम पुरासीच्छिववल्लभः । तेनात्र स्थापितं लिंगं ह्रदश्चैव विनिर्मितः
bhadrakarṇagaṇonāma purāsīcchivavallabhaḥ | tenātra sthāpitaṃ liṃgaṃ hradaścaiva vinirmitaḥ
