तत्र शक्रः स्तुतिं चक्रे भग्नोत्साहो नृपोत्तम । मुञ्च मां ब्राह्मणश्रेष्ठ यास्यामि त्रिदशालयम्
tatra śakraḥ stutiṃ cakre bhagnotsāho nṛpottama | muñca māṃ brāhmaṇaśreṣṭha yāsyāmi tridaśālayam
عندئذٍ أنشد شَكْرَة (إندرا) تسبيحًا وقد انكسر كبرياؤه ووهنت عزيمته، وقال: «أطلقني، يا أكرمَ البراهمة؛ فإني ماضٍ إلى دار الآلهة».
