Transliteration

vrataṃ tapaḥ sahasrābdamekaḥ samyakcarennaraḥ | paśyatyanyo hṛṣīkeśaṃ cāturmāsyaṃ samāhitaḥ

Translation

قد يلتزمُ إنسانٌ بالنذور والتقشّف على وجهٍ صحيح ألفَ سنة؛ غيرَ أنّ آخرَ، وقد استغرق قلبُه في السَّمادهي، ينالُ دارشنَ هṛṣīkeśa في زمنِ چاتورماسيا—وهذا هو الممدوحُ كالأرفعِ منزلةً.
