एवं ज्ञात्वा महाभागे न तु मां पातुमर्हसि । शिशुपेयं स्तनं भद्रे कथं वै मद्विधः पिबेत्
evaṃ jñātvā mahābhāge na tu māṃ pātumarhasi | śiśupeyaṃ stanaṃ bhadre kathaṃ vai madvidhaḥ pibet
فإذا علمتِ هذا، أيتها السيدة النبيلة، فلا يليق بك أن تُرضعيني. فهذا الثدي إنما هو لرضيعٍ يشربه؛ فكيف يشربه من كان مثلي؟
