भित्त्वार्णवं तोयमथान्तरस्थं विवेश पातालतलं क्षणेन । जले निमग्नां धरणीं समस्तां समस्पृशत्पङ्कजपत्रनेत्राम्
bhittvārṇavaṃ toyamathāntarasthaṃ viveśa pātālatalaṃ kṣaṇena | jale nimagnāṃ dharaṇīṃ samastāṃ samaspṛśatpaṅkajapatranetrām
شقَّ مياهَ المحيط ثم دخلَ إلى ما في باطنها، فبلغَ في لحظةٍ قاعَ باتالا (Pātāla). وهناك لمسَ الأرضَ كلَّها وهي غارقةٌ في الماء—الأرضَ ذاتَ العينين كبتلاتِ اللوتس، بهيّةً متلألئة.
