सोम उ षुवाणः सोतृभिरधि ष्णुभिरवीनाम् । अश्वयेव हरिता याति धारया मन्द्रया याति धारया ॥
Transliteration
sóma u ṣuvānáḥ sotṛ́bhir ádhi snúbhir avī́nām | áśvayā-iva harítā yāti dhā́rayā mandráyā yāti dhā́rayā ||
Translation
سوما حقًّا، حين يُعصَرُ على أيدي العاصرين، يمضي فوق نتوءات صوفِ النعاج. وكالحصان يمضي الذهبيُّ الأخضرُ في المجرى؛ وفي المجرى المُطرب يمضي.
