आ त्वा विशन्त्वाशवः सोमास इन्द्र गिर्वणः । शं ते सन्तु प्रचेतसे ॥

ā́ tvā viśantv āśávaḥ sómāsa indra girvaṇaḥ | śáṃ te santu prá-cetase ||

فلتدخلْ فيكَ طاقاتُ السُّوما السريعة، يا إندرا، يا سيّدَ من يُجيبُ للترانيم؛ ولتكنْ لكَ قوّةَ سلامٍ وعافيةٍ قَويمةٍ للوعيِ المستيقظ.
