त्वं न इन्द्र राया परीणसा याहि पथाँ अनेहसा पुरो याह्यरक्षसा । सचस्व नः पराक आ सचस्वास्तमीक आ । पाहि नो दूरादारादभिष्टिभिः सदा पाह्यभिष्टिभिः ॥
tváṁ na indra rāyā́ párīṇasā yā́hi pathā́m anēhasā puró yāhy arakṣásā | sácasva naḥ parāká ā́ sácasv āstamīká ā́ | pā́hi no dūrā́d ārā́d abhiṣṭíbhíḥ sádā pāhi abhiṣṭíbhíḥ ||
أنتَ يا إندرا، بفيضِ رَياكَ وامتلاءِ قُدرتك، سِرْ أمامَنا؛ واسلُكْ الطريقَ الذي لا كَدَرَ فيه، وتقدَّمْ بحراسةٍ لا تَدَعُ للأذى سبيلاً. كُنْ معنا من بعيد، وكُنْ معنا من قريب؛ واحفَظْنا من البُعد ومن القُرب بعونِكَ الموثوق—دائمًا احفَظْ بعونِكَ.
