Bharata and Guha: Trust, Hospitality, and the Burden of Grief
सन्निवेश्य स तां सेनां गुहेन परितोषितः।शत्रुघ्नेन सह श्रीमाञ्छयनं समुपागमत्।।2.85.15।।
sanniveśya sa tāṁ senāṁ guhena paritoṣitaḥ |
śatrughnena saha śrīmān śayanaṁ samupāgamat ||2.85.15||
وبعد أن أنزل ذلك الجيش في المعسكر، مضى بهاراتا، وقد سُرَّ بغوها، إلى الراحة مع شاترُغْنا.
But the thought of Rama caused grief to the magnanimous Bharata, a man of righteous outlook who did not deserve such grief.
Dharma in leadership includes orderly care of one’s followers (encamping the army) and accepting hospitality with propriety and gratitude.
Night has come; Bharata arranges the camp and retires to rest with his brother Śatrughna.
