शृणु किंपुरुषादीनि वर्षाणि गदतो मम ॥

ity etat kathitaṃ brahman! kuruvarṣaṃ mayottaram | śṛṇu kiṃpuruṣādīni varṣāṇi gadato mama ||

وهكذا، يا براهمن، قد وصفتُ لك أُتَّرا-كوروڤرشا. والآن فاستمع وأنا أتحدث عن الأقاليم (ڤرشا) التي تبدأ بكِمْبُرُوشا.
