Adhyaya 41Yogic Conduct and the Discipline Leading to Siddhi

इत्येते च शुभाहारा योगिनः सिद्धिकारकाः ।

तत् प्रयुञ्ज्यान्मुनिर्भक्त्या परमेण समाधिना ॥

ity ete ca śubhāhārā yoginaḥ siddhikārakāḥ | tat prayuñjyān munir bhaktyā parameṇa samādhinā ||

وهكذا فإن هذه الأطعمة النافعة لليوغيّين تُثمر النجاح (السِّدّهي). لذلك ينبغي للحكيم أن يتخذها بتعبّدٍ وبأعلى درجات التركيز (السَّمادهي).

External discipline (food) is not an end in itself; it is to be integrated with inner discipline—devoted, steady practice culminating in samādhi.
