Sukta 5
अर्वागन्यः परो अन्यो दिवस्पृष्ठाद् गुहा निधी निहितौ ब्राह्मणस्य । तौ रक्षति तपसा ब्रह्मचारी तत् केवलं कृणुते ब्रह्म विद्वान्
arvā́g anyáḥ pará anyó divás pṛṣṭhā́d guhā́ nidhī́ nihitáu brā́hmaṇasya | táu rakṣati tápasā brahmacārī́ tát kévalaṃ kṛṇute bráhma vidvā́n
One is on this side, the other is beyond; from the back of heaven, in secret, two treasures are laid up for the Brāhmaṇa. Those two the Brahmacārin guards by his tapas; that the knower of brahman makes wholly his own.
أحدُهما في هذا الجانب، والآخرُ وراءه؛ ومن ظهرِ السماء، في خفاءٍ، وُضِع كنزانِ للبرهمن (Brāhmaṇa). هذانِ يحرسهما البراهمتشاري (Brahmacārin) بتابَسِه (tapas)؛ وذلك يجعلُه العارفُ بالبرهمن (brahman) ملكًا خالصًا له.
