पञ्चगव्यञ्चरुन्दन्तकाष्ठञ्चैव क्रमाद्भवेत् पुराणश्रवणं स्तोत्रं पठन् जागरणं निशि
pañcagavyañcarundantakāṣṭhañcaiva kramādbhavet purāṇaśravaṇaṃ stotraṃ paṭhan jāgaraṇaṃ niśi
وبحسب الترتيب، يُستعمل pañcagavya (الخمسة المأخوذة من البقرة)، وقربان الـcaru الطقسي، وعُود تنظيف الأسنان. وفي الليل تُقام السَّهرة التعبدية، بالاستماع إلى تلاوة البورانا وإنشاد الأستوترا (stotra).
