नार्तक्यो ननृतुर्हृष्टा गायका यूथशो जगु: । वीणावेणुतलोन्नादस्तेषां स दिवमस्पृशत् ॥ १० ॥
nārtakyo nanṛtur hṛṣṭā gāyakā yūthaśo jaguḥ vīṇā-veṇu-talonnādas teṣāṁ sa divam aspṛśat
Female dancers danced with great joy, and choruses sang, while the loud vibrations of vīnās, flutes and hand cymbals reached all the way to the heavenly regions.
This verse describes joyous dancers and singers whose instruments and rhythm create a sound so uplifting it seems to reach heaven—showing how celebratory, devotional sound naturally elevates the heart and atmosphere.
Śukadeva Gosvāmī narrates these events to Mahārāja Parīkṣit, describing the festive scene surrounding Kṛṣṇa’s pastimes.
Bring devotion into daily life through sincere kīrtana, bhajans, or mantra chanting—creating a joyful, sattvic environment that lifts the mind toward remembrance of the Divine.
