Then Lord Halāyudha entered His city [Dvārakā] and met His relatives, whose hearts were all bound to Him in loving attachment. In the assembly hall He reported to the Yadu leaders everything about His dealings with the Kurus.
This verse states that Balarāma entered His own city (Dvārakā), met His relatives affectionately, and reported to the leading Yadus everything that had happened in the Kuru assembly.
Because He had been among the Kurus and taken specific actions there; upon returning, He informed His family and the Yadu leaders of the full account of those events.
Act with responsibility in public dealings, then communicate transparently and affectionately with family and community—sharing outcomes truthfully and maintaining unity.
