Transliteration

samīkṛtyākhilaṃ sthānaṃ tena liṃgaṃ pratiṣṭhitam | pūjayettaṃ vidhānena daśa saṃsnāpya śaṃkaram

Translation

他将全处妥善整治、平整之后，便在彼处安立此林伽。应依仪轨礼敬圣者商羯罗，并按法为神体行十次沐浴灌顶。
