viśāle tu kṛte devyā locane viṣṇudarśanāt | viśālākṣī tato jātā tatrasthā daityanāśinī

Translation

女神见毗湿奴之圣容，遂令双目广大；因此得名“毗舍罗阿克希”(Viśālākṣī)。安住彼处，她成为诛灭代底耶者。
