īśvara uvāca | tato gacchenmahādevi ketuliṃgaṃ mahāprabham | rāhvīśānāduttare ca maṃgalāyāśca dakṣiṇe

Translation

自在天（Īśvara）说道：随后，噢大天后（Mahādevī），应前往光辉炽盛的计都灵伽（Ketuliṅga）；其处在罗诃毗湿伐罗之北、曼伽罗（Maṅgaleśa）之南。
