往昔,在兜婆罗交界、迦梨时代已至之时,妇女、弥勒叉(mleccha)、首陀罗以及其他造罪之人,只要瞻仰主宰苏摩伊湿伐罗(Someśvara),便迅速升入天界。
Īśvara (Śiva)
Tirtha: Someśvara (Somnātha) in Prabhāsa-kṣetra
Type: kshetra
Listener: Devī (Pārvatī/Umā)
Scene: At the sea-edge Prabhāsa, pilgrims of every station—women, śūdras, foreigners, and penitents—stand before the radiant Someśvara liṅga; a sudden shaft of light signifies instant uplift to svarga.
The tīrtha’s grace is portrayed as radically accessible: sincere darśana of Someśvara overrides the burden of sin and social limitation.
Prabhāsakṣetra—through the specific glorification of Lord Someśvara (Somnātha) and the fruit of his darśana.
Darśana (beholding) of Someśvara is presented as the central salvific act; no additional rite is specified in this verse.
